Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to a Michigan address will be charged
sales tax of 6% which is added to your invoice on products.
Our business is operated from the state of Michigan and
we are required by law to collect and pay in sales tax.
Out of state customers are responsible for any
applicable sales or use taxes for their state (if applicable).
Warranty
:
We guarantee your satisfaction. All on-site or shop installed
replacement parts installed by Spa Tec receive 90 day parts
and labor warranty against manufactures defects in materials
and workmanship, unless manufactures product comes with a
specified parts warranty that supersedes 90 days then, all
warranties, either stated or implied, are the sole
responsibility of the product's manufacturer. Because
manufacturer's warranties vary from item to item, please refer
to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for
warranty details if no documentation accompanies the product
the manufactures warranty is 30 days.Trip Charge(service call)
rates and freight are not warranted. Product purchased but not
installed by our technician fall under manufactures warranty
for the product only. All products purchased whether installed
by Spa Tec or not,
are not covered
under warranty for the following reasons: Damage caused by
Varmints, Freeze, Lightning, Electrical surges, Water
Chemistry, Misuse, Abuse or Neglect. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, merchandise in its unused, undamaged, and
ORIGINAL container(s) can be returned for a refund, within 30
days of purchase date. All electronic and electrical parts not
installed by our technician are not returnable, unless prior
approved by Spa Tec. If you have any issues with your order,
please let us know within 15 days of delivery. Any issues with
your order will be taken on a case by case basis after that
time period.
Warranty covers the item(s) purchased from or replaced by Spa
Tec. Customers are responsible for freight costs back to Spa
Tec and any other costs associated with shipment back to
vendors if purchased and installed by anyone other than Spa
Tec. Parts and Equipment installed by Spa Tec can only be
removed by Spa Tec at additional labor costs to consumer
seeking credit. Parts and Equipment installed by Spa Tec but
removed by another person are subject to bench testing costs
and restocking fees.
NOTE: Some items may be Special Order ( parts not
normally stocked). If you cancel a Special Order once it has
been ordered you will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee and
the freight charges to return the product to the vendor.
Spa covers are custom made to fit your spa or hot tub in the
color you chose, after the order is placed
there are no refunds.
Privacy Policy
:
Spa Tec | West Michigan Spa Repair does not disclose
buyers' information to third parties other than when order
details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this
case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to
any other third party.
Email or onsite addresses will be used occasionally by Spa Tec
| West Michigan Spa Repair, to let consumers know about new
products or informative information that can benefit or
enhance their ownership experience. To be removed from Spa

simply the title: Remove.
Return / Exchange Policy:
Items in 'NEW' condition may be returned for exchange or
credit. Electrical Items are not returnable for credit,
exchange only for the exact same product. Items "installed"
are not returnable for credit, exchange only if a defect is
proven by our company bench test.
Merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Return in original packaging (in NEW condition).
Return to us within (10) days.
Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise.
Enclose a brief letter of explanation.
Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $20.00
exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
Merchandise that qualifies and returned for refund will be
charged a 25% restocking fee - $5.00 minimum.
All returns must be prepaid freight and handling.
No COD’s accepted.
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a
refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for
refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the
credit card.
If you have any questions concerning an exchange/refund
please contact us immediately.
Price Match Policy:
We do not offer price matching for Service Calls, Trip
Charges, Shipping and Handling costs, Delivery Fees or any
Labor costs. We do not offer price matching for the exact same
product compared to any online internet companies. We will
match any price on the exact same product at any full-service,
Michigan retailer in our service area as described here -

the same merchandise within 30 days we will refund you the
difference. This price guarantee excludes floor
samples, door busters, going-out-of-business sales, clearance,
